Reed E. Johnson D.D.S.
Dr. Johnson is a proud Hoosier native. He grew up in southern Indiana in the small town of Bedford. He attended the University of Evansville where he played football and baseball and earned his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1988.
Dr. Johnson specializes in all phases of general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, offering the latest in new technology. His top priority is his patient’s health and satisfaction. In addition to his commitment to excellence, Dr. Johnson prides himself on providing the highest quality dentistry in a friendly and relaxed office. “I love the relationships I’ve built throughout my more than 30-years in business. I take a personal interest in every patient who walks through my door. My patients are like family to me. I know their kids and their grandkids and I look forward to taking care of each and every one of them.”
Dr. Johnson is a proud husband and father. His wife Shana is a former news anchor/reporter at WISH-TV News 8. She hung up her news hat to spend more time with the family. She works behind the scenes at the dental office. Both of their boys played Division 1 College Football, so Dr. Johnson and his wife have spent the better part of a decade running all over the country to cheer on their sons. Cole earned his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2021. You may have seen him working part-time in the office. He is now doing a two year endodontics residency at Indiana University and will soon specialize in root canals. Hunter started his football career at Clemson University. He transferred to Northwestern University where he earned both his bachelor’s degree and his master’s degree before returning to Clemson to finish out his football career. He and his wife Stewart live in Greenville, SC. Stewart is a commercial real estate associate at Pintail and Hunter is a business development specialist and analyst at Purpose Equity.
